Guidelines
Symposia must consist of three participants and one chairperson. The chairperson may be one of the presenters or another individual. All three participants must be listed on the abstract submission form. Each of them must be registered for the congress and pay the corresponding fee.
Each session will have a maximum duration of one hour. It is advisable to structure the roundtable in such a way that approximately fifteen minutes remain at the end for audience questions.
The topic of the symposium does not necessarily have to align with the main themes of the congress.
Assigned Date
Please note that the congress will be held in person. The organizing committee will assign the date and time for each activity and will communicate this information in due course. Assigned presentation times cannot be changed; no exceptions will be made.
Registration
All authors must be registered for the congress and pay the corresponding registration fee.
Payment Deadline

If any member of the symposium has not paid the registration fee by the established deadline, the presentation will not be included in the official program.
Guidelines
Free paper presentations must not exceed 10 minutes in length. Abstracts must be submitted using the official abstract submission form. The subject matter of the presentation does not necessarily need to align with the official themes of the congress.
Free papers will be scheduled for presentation on a date assigned by the congress organizers. Each presentation may last up to 10 minutes. If a paper has multiple authors, only one will be responsible for the presentation, although time can be shared among the authors. Questions may be answered by any of the authors.
Presentations will be organized as follows:
- Each session will last one hour.
- Each session will include 3 to 4 free paper presentations, each lasting 10 minutes.
- After all presentations, there will be a 15 to 20-minute Q&A session for audience questions and comments.
- The congress organization will assign a coordinator to each session.
Assigned Date
Please note that the congress will be held in person. The organizing committee will assign the date and time of each activity and will inform participants accordingly. The assigned date cannot be modified—no exceptions will be made.

If any of the authors fail to pay the registration fee by the established deadline, the paper will not be included in the program. No exceptions will be made.
The posters should be sent to the email wfmhcongress2025@wfmh.global before deadline in PDF format in order to be projected at the congress.

The workshops must be made up of at least three members and a coordinator. The coordinator can be one of the members or another person. All must be registered to the congress. It will have a maximum duration of one hour.
It is not obligatory that the thematic of the workshop has to do with the title or the thematic axes of the congress.
The workshops will be arranged in date and time to be designated by the organization of the congress.
IMPORTANT: All the authors of the Workshops must be registered in the congress. The presentation of the summary must be made by sending the corresponding form.

The table of presentation of books can be formed by up to 4 lecturers (one of them must be the coordinator.) All of them must be registered to the congress The table will have a maximum duration of one hour It is convenient that the table is organized in such a way that At the end of the dissertations there are about fifteen or twenty minutes for questions from the assistants.
It is not mandatory that the theme of the book has to do with the thematic axes of the congress.
The table will be arranged in date and time to be designated by the organization of the congress.
IMPORTANT: All the Participants of the book presentation must be registered in the congress. The presentation of the summary must be made by sending the corresponding form.
