The Registration Fee is classified according to

  • Participant status (User/Family/Student, WFMH member, General)
  • If you are a professional, you are not eligible to register as a student.
  • If you are registering as a student, family member, or service user, you must send a certificate verifying your status to wfmhcongress2025@wfmh.global.
  • Country (High-income Group A, Upper-Middle-income Group B, Lower-Middle-income Group C, Low-income Group D)
  • Countries are classified according to the World Bank country classifications by income level for 2024-2025

Registration types

Do you need help to find your fee?

If you’re unsure which category to choose for your subscription, please read the information below.

To access the STUDENT rate, it is mandatory to present documentation that proves this status. Only those who are currently pursuing undergraduate studies and have not yet obtained their university degree will be considered students.
Postgraduate students —such as those enrolled in specialization programs, master’s degrees, or doctoral studies— are not eligible for this category.

  • Free access to all scientific activities of the congress.
  • The right to submit one abstract (which will be reviewed by the organizing committee).
  • Certificate of participation and, if applicable, certificate of abstract presentation.
  • CANCELLATIONS can be made up to 60 days before the start of the congress.
  • In case of cancellation, 25% of the total amount paid will be retained as administrative fees.
  • After that period, no cancellations or refund requests will be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed 30 days after the end of the congress.
