Currently serves as the official WFMH representative to the World Health Organization (WHO).
Founder and former president of the Argentine Association for Mental Health (AASM), and currently its honorary president.
Former advisor to the National Directorate of Mental Health in Argentina.
Coordinated the Addictions Department at Dr. Teodoro Álvarez General Hospital. Former Regional Vice President for Latin America of the WFMH.
