Chris Abojei is the founder of PsychAid EAP and a seasoned mental health leader with over a decade of experience in treatment, research, advisory, and training. As a licensed clinical psychologist, Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), wellness trainer, and international keynote speaker, Chris specialises in developing and implementing employee assistance programs, workplace wellness strategies, and mental health services for private clients, governments, and NGOs.
He has partnered with numerous industry leaders—such as Siemens Energy Nigeria, Chevron Nigeria Limited, Hugo Technologies, WEMA Bank, Konterra Group USA, and the Bank of Industry—to enhance employee productivity, wellness, and organisational profitability.
An active member of several professional associations, Chris holds membership in the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP), Employee Assistance Programme Association (EAPA), Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association (ANZMHA), International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP), Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
